Booking and paying for your holiday
On receipt of your signed booking form, we will send you an invoice to confirm your booking. Booking terms and conditions are signed on booking. The contract for your holiday with the owners GWM and HPS Hamilton is made when you have paid the deposit. Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance as no refund of your deposit if you have to cancel, or your balance payment if you cancel within three months of your stay. Payment There is a deposit of 30% of your holiday cost. If you book a very long way ahead the deposit will be spread with a holding deposit on booking. A reminder invoice for the balance will be sent three months before departure. The damage deposit of £200 is taken by separate transfer at the time of the balance payment. If there is no deduction to be made it will be refunded to you within 10 working days following the end of your holiday. It is a condition of booking that any damage be reported immediately to our housekeeper, Anne-Marie Bruge, who lives in the village, and that you will pay the cost of repairing any damage or replacing any broken items. |

Special requirements
If you have any special booking requirements which fall outside the booking/price information given or have a party greater than 9, please email or telephone us to discuss them, as our prices for those additional guests not in the main bedrooms is different. We can sleep guests up to 10- 12, possibly more, depending on the mix of adults and children.
If one of your party is in a wheelchair or has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss access and sleeping requirements. We have ramps that can be put in place for wheelchair users and the downstairs WC and shower is wheel chair user friendly. We welcome well behaved dogs but kept to the ground floor and off the furniture. We always try to be as helpful and flexible as possible to meet your requirements. Information and keys etc. The Farmhouse information pack with directions, house details, and lots of information on the area will be sent after you have paid the balance for your holiday. You gain access to the courtyard and The Farmhouse by obtaining your keys from an external key box next to the gates with the access code which will be in your directions.
